Chicken Noodle Soup
Everyone knows chicken soup is a fantastic way to fight off illness. This recipe replaces the student classic of a ramen/ super noodles to make an awesome One Pan Meal.
700 g Sweetcorn
2 Spring Onions (White part finely diced)
500g Ramen/ Instant Noodles
1 Red Chilli (diced and Deseeded)
1 tbsp Soy Sauce
1 tbsp Lime Juice
1 Stock Cube
800 g Chicken (Diced)
1 Inch Ginger (Peeled and Finely Diced)
1 tsp Curry Powder
1 tsp Chinese Five Spice
1 Handful of BeanSprouts
Prep your veg and add to a pan with your chicken and a little oil. Sweat them off together then add your seasonings.
Add the Beansprouts, Sweetcorn and your Stock cube, top up with water to cover and simmer.
