Oats for Breakfast
Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. It's literally breaking your overnight fast. Oats are a cheap Breakfast choice, and every student cookbook does their own version. I'm going to show you 3 different versions. One for quick gains on the go, and two for being a veggie/ vegan show off with time.
1 Cup of Porridge Oats
1.5 Cups of Milk (2 for the Coffee and Protein Porridge)- Almond or Cow's Milk
1 Handful of Frozen Summer Fruit Mix
1 Grated Apple
1 Tsp of Honey
1 Tsp of Coffee
1 Scoop of Whey Protein
1 Tsp of Cinnamon
1 Tsp of Chilli Powder
1 Tsp of Cocoa Powder
Max Gainz Porridge
Mix Your Oats with your Coffee, Milk, and Protein. Microwave for a Minute, before mixing and Microwaving for another minute. Serve Topped with Frozen Fruit to take down the temp a little.
Add your Oats to a pan over a high heat. Add your Almond Milk and Stir until the Porridge has thickened up. Serve with Slice Banana, drizzled with Honey.
Add your Oats to a bowl with Chilli Powder, Cinnamon, Almond Milk, Grated Apple, and top with Cocoa Powder. Cover a leave overnight before eating. Give it a go and let me know how you get on.
